The Equine Project is dedicated to the hurting horses and to the hurting people in our community. Our mission is simple. We take in discarded horses and give them a purpose. We put them together with people that they can relate to. For some, it’s the battered and beaten, for others, it’s the blind or impaired. Some of our horses find their purpose in working with our troubled youth or teaching small children how to survive in the wilderness. For others still, it is simply finding a new (and permanent!) home where they can bond with that special someone who will care for them till the end.
The Equine Project is a division of the The Ranch Project, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to healing society’s major issues, such as homelessness, prison reform, domestic violence, disaster relief, etc. To learn more about The Ranch Project please visit our website at www.theranchproject.org
The Equine Project is very grateful for all the support and donations from our community! We would not be able to give these deserving horses a second chance without your support and donations.
